Aphids are easy to spot: just look for a slow-moving cluster of tiny bugs, usually at the top of the plant. They can be yellow, black, green or brown. If you suddenly notice a swarm of ladybirds or ants near your Mandevilla, that\u2019s another sign you may have aphids.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fc118b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5fc118b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What can you do to combat aphids on your Mandevilla?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69015898 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"69015898\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once you\u2019ve determined that aphids are indeed the culprit, follow the tips below to get rid of them:<\/p><ol><li>Make sure the infestation cannot spread to nearby plants. If possible, isolate the infected plant.<\/li><li>Remove as many infected leaves as possible. If the infestation is really bad, cut off the affected part of the plant.<\/li><li>Make sure the plant is in a relatively wind-free area.<\/li><li>The best time to combat an infestation <em>(<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/mandevillashop.com\/en\/product\/natural-insectspray\/\"><em>using<\/em> our natural insect spray<\/a>) is on a warm, dry day, preferably in the morning.<\/li><li>Make sure the leaves are dry before you start.<\/li><li>Only use the insect spray on affected areas.<\/li><li>Avoid contact with the flowers if you can.<\/li><li>Follow the instructions on the package.<\/li><li>Repeat once a week until the aphids are gone.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11af65e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"11af65e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What is the most effective product against aphids?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ccc6eef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4ccc6eef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>There are a lot of products on the market to combat aphids. This effective product is made from black soap and contains no toxic ingredients.
