The fact that you cannot order your favorite Mandevilla at the moment may have two reasons.
It could be that the Mandevilla is currently not available. What this means is that the plant is not currently available for sale. This is because we want to ship it to you in perfect condition. Please go to the product page of the desired product, click on the ‘Notify me’ button and then leave your e-mail address. You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
It is also possible that the product is sold out for this season. That means that we are no longer selling the Mandevilla this season and the product will be available again next year.
So check carefully if the product says ‘temporarily unavailable’ or ‘sold out’.
If you leave your email address on the product page, we will send you an email when the product is back in stock.
Yes, you can. You can “reserve” a product by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and entering a later shipping date at checkout.
Please check that any capital letters and/or spaces are displayed correctly. If it does not work, please contact us by email.
Yes, definitely! When completing your order, select the Click and Collect option. Then choose your preferred pickup date.
This option saves us shipping and packaging costs, which means you also receive a 20% discount. This discount is applied directly to your shopping cart when you select this option.

If you place your order before 12:00 noon, it will be shipped the same day. In most cases, this means you will receive it the next day. Orders placed on weekends will likely be delivered on Tuesday.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of placing it, please contact us by email. Your package may have been delayed by PostNL.
That depends! Orders over €69 are shipped free of charge. Is your total amount lower than that? Then you will pay a shipping fee. On this page you will find an overview of the shipping costs per country.
Yes, don’t worry about that! Every morning, we pick the Mandevillas fresh from our greenhouse. We make sure they get some extra water (and love, of course) before we ship them. We also pack them securely in custom-made boxes. So everything will be fine.
Via PostNL or one of their partners. You can track your order via track & trace. Your order may consist of multiple packages. In that case, you will receive multiple track & trace codes.
It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes things go wrong at PostNL. If your package hasn’t arrived, we’ll find out what’s going on and where your package is now. If the plant didn’t survive the journey, we’ll send you a new one, of course.
No, this is not possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time or date. However, you can choose your preferred shipping date during checkout. We will ship your order on this date. Normally, shipping with PostNL within the Netherlands takes 1 to 2 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot pass on delivery instructions to PostNL. You can always leave a note for the delivery person yourself, but this does not guarantee that the delivery person will follow the instructions. If a package is lost, the responsibility lies with the delivery person.
Although we take great care when packaging our plants, it is possible that an order may be damaged in transit. Is this the case for you? That’s unfortunate! But we will, of course, resolve the issue. Please take clear photos of the box, the product, and the shipping label on the box and send the photos to info@mandevillashop.com. We will process your report as quickly as possible and come up with a suitable solution.
Our goal is to make people happy with Mandevilla. However, it is possible that you may not be satisfied with your purchase. If this is the case, you can do the following:
Send an email to info@mandevillashop.com and let us know that you want to return your order and the reason for doing so. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you do not require a solution and would like to return your Mandevilla immediately, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. We do not reimburse return shipping costs; these will be deducted from the purchase price. Once we have received the package, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days.

Mandevilla is a real sun worshipper, so full sun is no problem.
