At Mandevillashop, we make sure your Mandevilla plants arrive in the best possible condition. Below is all the information about shipping, costs, and delivery times.
We dispatch packages Monday to Friday via our carriers, usually in the afternoon.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same afternoon whenever possible.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to follow your order.
Orders may be split into multiple packages due to size or weight. Any additional shipping costs will be covered by us.
For international shipments with longer delivery times, we may choose not to ship on Fridays, but on Monday instead, to avoid the plants being in transit too long and to guarantee quality.
Note: Delivery times are averages and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or other circumstances.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your plants. To ensure quality, we aim to avoid returns whenever possible. Returned plants cannot be guaranteed to remain in optimal condition and will not be resold.

When returning is allowed:
If there is a problem with your order and no solution can be agreed upon.
Plants must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned package.
