Our goal is to make people happy with the Mandevilla. Of course it can always happen that you are not satisfied with the purchase.
When something is wrong with your order, you can do the following: Send an email to info@mandevillashop.com and let us know that you want to return your order and the reason for this.
We are happy to help you come up with a suitable solution.
When you don’t want a solution and do you want to return your Mandevilla immediately? Then this is possible within 7 days after the package has been delivered.
The return costs will not be reimbursed by us, they will be deducted from the purchase price. As soon as we have received the package, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.
